6. Subscriptions and Coins
Luma AI offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscriptions may provide recurring member benefits. Coins may be used for eligible in-app features. Pricing, availability, and entitlements may vary by region, platform, version, promotion, or marketplace listing.
Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play payment, billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
7. Intellectual Property
Luma AI, including its interface, branding, software, features, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Luma AI to you.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of Luma AI at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, compatible device, current app version, active subscription, or sufficient coin balance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Luma AI if you violate these Terms, misuse paid features, create risk for other users or the service, or if required by law. You may stop using Luma AI at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luma AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service access arising from your use of the app.
