1. Agreement
This Membership Agreement applies to paid membership, subscription benefits, and coin-related features offered in the Luma AI Android application. By purchasing, activating, or using a membership, subscription, or paid benefit, you agree to this Membership Agreement and the Luma AI Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
Luma AI membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using membership benefits, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Membership Benefits
Membership may provide access to premium app features, enhanced AI interaction limits, subscription-only benefits, promotional coin offers, or other paid functionality shown in the app at the time of purchase. Specific benefits may vary by region, Android app version, plan, promotion, or marketplace availability.
4. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Android app marketplace where the purchase is made. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle and price displayed at purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the price, renewal period, trial conditions, and benefits before confirming a purchase.
5. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings or the applicable Android marketplace account settings. Deleting the Luma AI app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Free Trials and Promotions
If Luma AI offers a free trial or promotional membership, the terms presented in the app or marketplace listing will apply. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or promotional period, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription at the stated price.
7. Coins and Consumable Purchases
Coins are in-app consumable items that may be used for eligible Luma AI features. Coin balances have no cash value, are not a bank account, are not transferable outside Luma AI, and cannot be redeemed for money unless required by applicable law.
Coins may be consumed when used for eligible features. Unused coins may remain associated with your user ID subject to app rules, technical limitations, marketplace policies, and applicable law.
8. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play refund policies and applicable law. Luma AI does not control Google Play refund decisions. If a refund is granted, related membership benefits, subscription access, or coin balances may be reduced, revoked, or adjusted.
9. Changes to Membership Features
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits or coin features from time to time. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.
10. Payment Platform Terms
Your purchase may also be subject to Google Play terms, Android marketplace terms, payment processor rules, and local consumer protection laws. If marketplace rules conflict with this Membership Agreement, the marketplace rules may control the payment and billing process.
11. No Transfer
Membership benefits, subscriptions, coin balances, and paid entitlements are personal to your user ID and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, assigned, or sublicensed except where expressly allowed by Luma AI or required by law.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership benefits if you violate the Terms of Use, misuse paid features, attempt fraudulent purchases, interfere with service operation, or if required by law or marketplace policy.

14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date. Your continued use of membership benefits after changes become effective means you accept the updated agreement.
