We designed Luma AI to collect only the limited information needed to operate subscriptions, coin balances, and related app functionality.

Other app information is stored locally on your mobile device for in-app use. This may include app preferences, local interface state, and local usage data needed to make the app function on your device. We do not collect this information from your device.
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to provide and maintain Luma AI, verify subscriptions, maintain coin balances, process purchase-related entitlement status, prevent misuse of paid features, and respond to support requests.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Coins
Luma AI offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Purchases are handled through Google Play or other Android app marketplace payment systems. Payment processors may handle payment information according to their own policies. Luma AI does not collect or store your full payment card details.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited service information only when necessary to operate app functionality, comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or process purchase and subscription entitlements.
7. Data Retention
We retain user ID, coin information, and subscription information only for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local device data remains on your device unless you delete it through device or app controls.
8. Age Restriction
Luma AI is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has used the app in a way that provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the limited information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Use
